CALGARY, May 10, 2018 /CNW/ - TransAlta Renewables Inc. ("TransAlta Renewables" or the "Company") (TSX: RNW) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 10, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta.  A total of 202,495,163 Common Shares, representing 80.83% of the shares outstanding, were represented in person and by proxy at the meeting.   

The following resolutions were approved by shareholders:
