Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance Installs Dewey Bartlett Jr. as Chair
TULSA, Okla., March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance (OEPA) elected Dewey F. Bartlett Jr. as chairman at its January board meeting. Bartlett, owner of Keener Oil Company, is a small independent producer with operations mostly in eastern Oklahoma.
Bartlett, the former mayor of Tulsa, is a veteran oil industry leader and spokesperson. He has served as chair of the National Stripper Well Association (NSWA) and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) among other oil industry leadership positions.
"I am honored to lead a committed group of principled oil and gas industry leaders who represent the interests of my company as well as thousands of small independent producers across our state," said Dewey F. Bartlett, Jr.
OEPA is looking forward to Bartlett bringing almost 4 decades of experience in the oil and gas industry to the organization and leading like-minded individuals towards OEPA's mission of protecting Oklahoma producers.
"This group is comprised of small businessmen and women, many who, like me, operate family companies that have been in business for decades," Bartlett said.
OEPA is fighting for the survival of the small oil producer in Oklahoma, the entrepreneurs scattered across almost every county in our state.
About OEPA: The Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance is a group of Oklahoma oil and gas companies concerned with protecting our rights as conventional vertical producers and royalty owners at the State Capitol and the Corporation Commission.
