Lisa Lovallo Joins UNS Energy Corporation’s Board of Directors

UNS Energy Corporation has named Lisa Lovallo as a member of the
company’s board of directors.

Lovallo, Market Vice President of Southern Arizona for Cox
Communications, supervises the communications company’s business, public
affairs and community relations in Pima and Cochise counties. Lovallo
also serves on nearly a dozen community organizations, including Sun
Corridor Inc., the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, the Tucson
Airport Authority, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, the University of
Arizona College of Science and Tucson Medical Center’s Board Quality
Care Committee.

“Lisa’s leadership skills and dedication to others are recognized
throughout our community and we welcome the wealth of experience she
will bring to our board,” said Robert A. Elliott, the Lead Director of
UNS Energy’s board and President of Elliott Accounting.

Lovallo, who was raised in Tucson, was recognized as the Tucson Metro
Chamber of Commerce’s 2010 “Woman of the Year,” a YWCA “Woman on the
Move” and an Inside Tucson Business “Woman of Influence.” Lovallo also
has received the “Spirit of Philanthropy” award by the Association of
Fundraising Professionals and the “Phyllis Ehlinger Women of Excellence
Award” from the American Advertising Federation Tucson.

Lovallo is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a
bachelor’s degree in English, served as student body vice president and
played on the women’s basketball team.
