Hyduke Energy Services Inc. Announces Voting Results from the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NISKU, AB, June 13, 2017 /CNW/- Hyduke Energy Services Inc. ("Hyduke" or the "Company") today announced that, at its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 13, 2017, Hyduke shareholders approved all resolutions outlined in the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated May 10, 2017, which is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

1.     Fixing the Number of  Directors and Election of Directors
By resolution passed by show of hands, all six proposed nominees were elected as directors of the Company to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

2.     Appointment of Auditors
By resolution passed by show of hands, Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as auditor of the Company to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders and the board of directors was authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration.
