At the recent EnerCom conference in Denver, Oil & Gas 360®’s Angie Austin interviewed Scot Woodall, CEO and President of HighPoint Resources (ticker: HPR).
Woodall has served as CEO and president of the company since January 2013 and as chief operating officer since July 2010. Woodall previously served as EVP operations and SVP operations. Prior to joining HighPoint Resources, Woodall served as SVP – Western U.S. for Forest Oil Corporation.
HighPoint was formed through the combination of Bill Barrett Corporation and Fifth Creek Energy. It is a Denver-based E&P whose assets are located in the NE Wattenberg and Hereford Fields and in rural settings that are favorable for oil development.
