CF Industries Holdings, Inc. To Redeem Senior Notes Due May 2020

DEERFIELD, Ill.

CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CF Industries, Inc. has elected to redeem in full all of the $500,016,000 outstanding principal amount of its 7.125% Senior Notes (the “Notes”) due May 2020, in accordance with the optional redemption provisions provided in the indenture governing the Notes. The Notes will be redeemed on November 13, 2019. CF intends to use cash on hand to fund the redemption.
