Arcadia Power has more than 75,000 members, and the company's employee count has more than doubled in the last year. Recent additions to the company's leadership team include:
- Sourav Nayak, Vice President of Finance. Nayak joins Arcadia Power from WGL, where he led the company's efforts in financing renewable energy projects. Nayak has over a decade of experience in corporate finance as well as structuring renewable energy and tax equity investments.
- Chris Haines, Head of Product. Haines joins Arcadia Power from Vox Media. As Head of Product, Haines will be leading the development and launch of additional products and services on the Arcadia Power platform.
- Nancy Hersh, Data Science Advisor. As the former VP of Analytics at OPOWER, Hersh has over 10 years of experience leading data science teams.
- Kate Henningsen, SVP of Operations and General Counsel. Henningsen has been promoted to SVP of Operations and General Counsel, overseeing people operations and regulatory affairs. She has been with Arcadia Power since 2015.
