Sidewinder Drilling Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter 2015 Results

HOUSTON, Nov. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sidewinder Drilling Inc. (the "Company") announced November 19, 2015 it will hold a conference call with bond investors on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) to discuss Third Quarter 2015 results.  Call-in details will be provided via email to Sidewinder's existing bond holders.  For those bond holders who are in need of the details and have not received them, please call the Company. 

Sidewinder was formed in 2011 by the Company's management team and Avista Capital Holdings LP to build, own and operate premium land drilling rigs and to provide contract drilling services to exploration and production ("E&P") companies targeting unconventional resource plays in North America.
